I cannot recommend Jaymie highly enough. I initially wanted her help to lose weight and get fit when I thought a knee injury had ended my hockey career (my first choice form of exercise). She has not only helped me to achieve my original goals but designed a program to strengthen my legs and help overcome my knee problems which has been so successful that I’m back playing hockey!
Jaymie is now working with my husband who has a long term back problem – Her program for him is helping him to remain fit and able to continue working as an electrician. Her ability to train people with chronic injuries and in some cases even help them overcome these problems makes Jaymie stand out from other personal trainers in my opinion.

I was born with scoliosis and suffered with back pain all my life. I eventually had surgery when I was 19 but I still suffer from occasional severe pain now, so I decided to try pilates to strengthen my core to minimise the pain with my back. thank goodness I found Jaymie just at the right time! We've been training together for several weeks now and I definitely don't regret choosing to work with her!
Jaymie is caring, enthusiastic, extremely positive, always punctual and a great perfectionist. She tailors the routines just for me each session and always ensures that I'm doing the exercises exactly as they should be done to prevent any injury and she definitely makes our time together fun!
She never pushes me beyond what I'm capable of but ensures that as the weeks have progressed the routines include more challenging exercises to keep increasing my strength. I'm so happy and proud of how far I've come with her already. I'm already seeing results and feel a whole lot better about my body, a lot stronger and more confident about achieving my long term goals!
